French Toast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1-2 bread slices (use your favourite bread)
  • - 1 egg
  • - yoghurt (dairy or dairy-free)
  • - blueberries, strawberries
  • - chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Beat the egg into a shallow bowl

  2. Then put both sides of the bread slices into it, so that they are well covered

  3. Heat a non-stick pan, add some oil if you want and bake/fry the French toast on both sides

  4. When they are ready, slice one of them into cubes

  5. Put in a bowl some yoghurt, add the French toast cubes and garnish with some berries and chia seeds
