Breakfast Bowl with Sautéed Kale and Egg
Ingredients
- Kale
- Egg
- Avocado
- Cherry tomatoes
- Pickled onion
- Sweet potatoes
Preparation
Sauté the kale in a pan with oil until wilted and tender.
Fry the egg in a skillet to your preferred doneness.
Slice the avocado and halve the cherry tomatoes.
Use the pickled onion as is or drain if needed.
Roast the sweet potatoes cut into fries in the oven until crispy.
Assemble all components in a bowl and serve immediately.
