Chocolate Berry Cheesecake Cups

Ingredients

Base

  • 1/4 cup Oat Flour
  • 1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 2 tbs Cacao Powder
  • 4 tbs Maple Syrup
  • Dash of Almond Milk

Cheesecake

  • 1 cup Cashews (soaked)
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Cream
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
  • 4 tbs Coconut Oil
  • 2 tbs @unicornsuperfoods Berrylicious Blend

Preparation

  1. Mix base ingredients together until a thick dough forms.

  2. Press into silicone muffin molds and set aside.

  3. Add cheesecake ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

  4. Pour over bases and leave in the fridge for a few hours to set.

Serving suggestions

  1. Optionally serve with thawed frozen blueberries and chocolate shavings.
