Chocolate Berry Cheesecake Cups
Ingredients
Base
- 1/4 cup Oat Flour
- 1/4 cup Chocolate Protein Powder
- 2 tbs Cacao Powder
- 4 tbs Maple Syrup
- Dash of Almond Milk
Cheesecake
- 1 cup Cashews (soaked)
- 1/3 cup Coconut Cream
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup
- 4 tbs Coconut Oil
- 2 tbs @unicornsuperfoods Berrylicious Blend
Preparation
Mix base ingredients together until a thick dough forms.
Press into silicone muffin molds and set aside.
Add cheesecake ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour over bases and leave in the fridge for a few hours to set.
Serving suggestions
Optionally serve with thawed frozen blueberries and chocolate shavings.
