Easy Creamy Homemade Cappuccino Mix

Ingredients

  • 50 grams instant coffee
  • 1.5 cups demerara sugar or coconut sugar or brown sugar
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 0.5 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder

Preparation

Making the mix

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well blended to create the creamy cappuccino base

Serving the drink

  1. Mix 1 tablespoon of the creamy cappuccino base with 200 ml of milk

  2. Add plenty of ice and stir well to serve

Tips

  1. This mix can be stored in a plastic container in the freezer for up to two months and remains creamy without solidifying

  2. Do not use sweetener as it does not work with this recipe
