Easy Creamy Homemade Cappuccino Mix
Ingredients
- 50 grams instant coffee
- 1.5 cups demerara sugar or coconut sugar or brown sugar
- 1 cup hot water
- 0.5 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Preparation
Making the mix
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well blended to create the creamy cappuccino base
Serving the drink
Mix 1 tablespoon of the creamy cappuccino base with 200 ml of milk
Add plenty of ice and stir well to serve
Tips
This mix can be stored in a plastic container in the freezer for up to two months and remains creamy without solidifying
Do not use sweetener as it does not work with this recipe
