Easy Grape Jelly PavΓͺ Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 boxes grape-flavored powdered gelatin
- 500ml boiling water
- 500ml cold water
- 1 bunch pink grapes
- 1 can heavy cream
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 package (200g) milk cookies
- 50g flaked coconut
Preparation
In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in boiling water, mix well, add cold water, mix, and pour into a medium casserole dish
Distribute the grapes and refrigerate for 1 hour
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, sugar, milk, and cornstarch over high heat, stirring constantly, until thickened
After it has cooled, layer the cream and cookies over the gelatin, ending with a layer of cream
Sprinkle the flaked coconut and refrigerate for another 2 hours. Serve
