Easy Grape Jelly PavΓͺ Dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 boxes grape-flavored powdered gelatin
  • 500ml boiling water
  • 500ml cold water
  • 1 bunch pink grapes
  • 1 can heavy cream
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 package (200g) milk cookies
  • 50g flaked coconut

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in boiling water, mix well, add cold water, mix, and pour into a medium casserole dish

  2. Distribute the grapes and refrigerate for 1 hour

  3. In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream, sugar, milk, and cornstarch over high heat, stirring constantly, until thickened

  4. After it has cooled, layer the cream and cookies over the gelatin, ending with a layer of cream

  5. Sprinkle the flaked coconut and refrigerate for another 2 hours. Serve
