No-Bake Banana Split Dessert in Glasses

Ingredients

Chocolate sauce

  • 50 g sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • water

Dessert

  • 150 g yogurt
  • 100 g quark
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 200 g heavy cream
  • 2 ripe bananas (about 250 g)
  • 150 g chocolate cookies or chocolate-coated puffed rice cereal

Preparation

  1. Bring water and sugar to a boil. Add cocoa and stir until smooth. Set aside.

  2. Mix yogurt and quark together. Split the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds. Stir the seeds and sugar into the yogurt mixture. Whip the heavy cream until stiff and fold into the yogurt mixture. Peel the bananas and slice thinly. Break the cookies into coarse pieces.

  3. Layer 6 glasses alternately with cookies, cream, banana slices, and chocolate sauce. Chill until ready to serve and garnish as desired.
