Quick Strawberry Quark Dessert in Glasses
Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries
- 100 g heavy cream
- 500 g low-fat quark
- 50 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
Preparation
Wash strawberries, reserving 6 small ones for decoration. Pat the remaining strawberries dry, remove stems, and quarter them
Whip heavy cream until stiff
Mix low-fat quark with sugar and vanilla sugar
Gently fold the whipped cream into the quark mixture
Layer the strawberry quarters and quark mixture alternately in 6 (125 ml) glasses
Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve

This dessert is made without gelatin
