Simple Milk Gelatin Dessert

Ingredients

  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
  • 3 tablespoons cold water

Preparation

  1. Mix the gelatin and cold water and let it dissolve in a bain-marie until fully dissolved.

  2. Ensure the milk is at room temperature.

  3. Add the gelatin mixture to the milk and stir well.

  4. Refrigerate for 6 hours until the dessert sets.

  5. Unmold the dessert and decorate as desired.
