Simple Milk Gelatin Dessert
Ingredients
- 250 ml milk
- 1 tablespoon gelatin powder
- 3 tablespoons cold water
Preparation
Mix the gelatin and cold water and let it dissolve in a bain-marie until fully dissolved.
Ensure the milk is at room temperature.
Add the gelatin mixture to the milk and stir well.
Refrigerate for 6 hours until the dessert sets.
Unmold the dessert and decorate as desired.
