Rainbow Fruit Gelatin Dessert with Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 packet strawberry gelatin
  • 1 packet lemon gelatin
  • 1 packet pineapple gelatin
  • 1 packet tutti frutti gelatin
  • 1 packet grape gelatin
  • 500 ml hot water
  • 500 ml cold water
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 (200 ml) carton heavy cream

For firmer topping

  • 1 packet unflavored gelatin

Preparation

  1. Dissolve each flavored gelatin packet in 100 ml hot water, then stir in 100 ml cold water

  2. Pour each gelatin into separate square containers and refrigerate until set

  3. Once set, cut the gelatin into cubes and arrange in a serving dish

  4. Blend sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream until smooth

  5. Pour the blended mixture over the gelatin cubes

  6. Refrigerate until ready to serve

Note

  1. The sweetened cream topping will not set For a firmer topping, add one packet of unflavored gelatin to the sweetened condensed milk and heavy cream before blending
