No-Bake Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake

Ingredients

Base

  • 300 grams of cookies
  • 70 grams of melted butter

Filling

  • 500 grams of cream cheese
  • 200 grams of Nutella
  • 50 grams of powdered sugar
  • 200 grams of heavy cream
  • 150 grams of Nutella for center

Topping

  • 150 grams of melted Nutella with crushed almonds or ready-made chocolate with almonds

Preparation

  1. Crush the cookies and mix with melted butter to form the base, then press it into a pan.

  2. In a large bowl, combine room temperature cream cheese and 200 grams of Nutella, and mix until smooth and creamy using a whisk or electric mixer.

  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.

  4. Fold the whipped cream into the Nutella and cream cheese mixture.

  5. Freeze 150 grams of Nutella for a while before adding it to the center.

  6. Add part of the filling mixture to the prepared base, pour the frozen Nutella into the center, and cover with the remaining filling.

  7. Chill the cheesecake overnight in the refrigerator.

  8. For the topping, melt 150 grams of Nutella and mix with crushed almonds, or use ready-made chocolate with almonds, then spread it over the chilled cheesecake.
