Easy Coffee Chocolate No-Bake Dessert

Ingredients

  • 150 grams cream cheese
  • 150 grams heavy cream
  • 1 heaping tablespoon condensed milk or powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Petit beurre biscuits as needed
  • Instant coffee and milk as needed for soaking

Ganache

  • 100 grams heavy cream
  • 70 grams dark or sweet chocolate

Preparation

  1. Prepare the coffee mixture by dissolving instant coffee in milk.

  2. Make the ganache by heating heavy cream and melting chocolate into it.

  3. Mix cream cheese, heavy cream, condensed milk or powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.

  4. Dip biscuits in the coffee mixture and layer them in a dish.

  5. Spread the cream mixture over the layered biscuits.

  6. Top with the ganache mixture.

  7. Refrigerate until set and serve.

Tips

  1. Serve chilled with a cup of coffee for enhanced flavor.
