Vegan Chocolate Mug Cake with Cream Egg
Ingredients
- 60g spelt flour
- 30g dark chocolate @myvegan vegan blend protein powder
- 5g flax seeds
- 5g cacao powder
- 150ml almond milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- squeeze of half a lemon
- 1 chocolate cream egg
Preparation
Combine all of the ingredients together in a microwavable safe bowl.
Pop the cream egg within the centre of the cake batter.
Place into the microwave for 3 minutes.
Flip the mug cake onto a plate to reveal the chocolateness.
