Vegan Chocolate Mug Cake with Cream Egg

Ingredients

  • 60g spelt flour
  • 30g dark chocolate @myvegan vegan blend protein powder
  • 5g flax seeds
  • 5g cacao powder
  • 150ml almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • squeeze of half a lemon
  • 1 chocolate cream egg

Preparation

  1. Combine all of the ingredients together in a microwavable safe bowl.

  2. Pop the cream egg within the centre of the cake batter.

  3. Place into the microwave for 3 minutes.

  4. Flip the mug cake onto a plate to reveal the chocolateness.
