Chocolate Raspberry Tray Bake

Ingredients

Wet

  • 250ml almond milk
  • 100g unsweetened soy yogurt
  • 50g dark chocolate chips

Dry mix

  • 200g spelt flour
  • 50g protein powder
  • 15g cacao powder
  • 100g frozen raspberries
  • 70g chocolate covered raspberries
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • some salt
  • squeeze of a lemon

Preparation

  1. Melt the dark chocolate chips and combine with the wet ingredients.

  2. Mix the dry ingredients together.

  3. Blend with the wet ingredients, baking powder, and frozen raspberries.

  4. Place the batter in a baking tray lined with non-stick baking paper.

  5. Top with the chocolate covered raspberries.

  6. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.
