Chocolate Chip Pretzel Protein Loaf Slices
Ingredients
- 200g spelt flour (plain or self raising can be subbed)
- 80g dark chocolate MyProtein UK vegan blend protein powder
- 3 bananas mashed
- 250ml almond milk
- 15g ground flax seeds
- 15g Natvia living sweetener
- Squeeze of a lemon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 30g pretzels
- 30g dark chocolate chips
Preparation
Mix all of the ingredients together, saving some pretzels and chocolate chips to add on top.
Place the mixture into a baking paper-lined bread or loaf tin.
Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180°C.
Allow to cool and then cut into slices.
Tips
The loaf can be stored in an open container in the fridge and will last up to a week.
