Chocolate Chip Pretzel Protein Loaf Slices

Ingredients

  • 200g spelt flour (plain or self raising can be subbed)
  • 80g dark chocolate MyProtein UK vegan blend protein powder
  • 3 bananas mashed
  • 250ml almond milk
  • 15g ground flax seeds
  • 15g Natvia living sweetener
  • Squeeze of a lemon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 30g pretzels
  • 30g dark chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together, saving some pretzels and chocolate chips to add on top.

  2. Place the mixture into a baking paper-lined bread or loaf tin.

  3. Bake in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180°C.

  4. Allow to cool and then cut into slices.

Tips

  1. The loaf can be stored in an open container in the fridge and will last up to a week.
