Baked Sweet Potatoes with Avocado Topping
Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 avocado
- soy yogurt or creme fraiche
- chili, salt and pepper
- lime or lemon
- sesame seeds
- basil
Preparation
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 175°C for 20-25 minutes until soft.
Allow to cool.
Serve with avocado, yogurt, basil, sesame seeds, chili, lemon, salt and pepper.

This is a favorite side dish that can be made almost every week with different toppings and seasonings.
