Baked Sweet Potatoes with Avocado and Toppings
Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes
Toppings
- 1 avocado
- soy yogurt or creme fraiche
- chili, salt and pepper
- Lime or lemon
- Sesame seeds and basil
Preparation
Cut the sweet potatoes in half lengthwise
Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 175°C with hot air setting for 20-25 minutes until soft
Allow to cool
Serve with avocado, yogurt, basil, sesame seeds, chili, lemon, salt, and pepper

This is one of my favourite side dishes, an oldie but goodie
