Simple Baked Sweet Potatoes with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 2 sweet potatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • soy yogurt or creme fraiche
  • chili, salt and pepper
  • lime or lemon
  • sesame seeds and basil

Preparation

  1. Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.

  2. Place on a baking tray.

  3. Bake in the oven at 175°C with hot air for 20-25 minutes until soft.

  4. Allow to cool.

  5. Serve with avocado, yogurt, basil, sesame seeds, chili, lemon, salt and pepper.
