Simple Baked Sweet Potatoes with Toppings
Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 avocado
- soy yogurt or creme fraiche
- chili, salt and pepper
- lime or lemon
- sesame seeds and basil
Preparation
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise.
Place on a baking tray.
Bake in the oven at 175°C with hot air for 20-25 minutes until soft.
Allow to cool.
Serve with avocado, yogurt, basil, sesame seeds, chili, lemon, salt and pepper.
Tips
Customize with different toppings and seasonings as desired.
