Baked Sweet Potatoes with Avocado and Yogurt
Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 avocado
Toppings and seasonings
- soy yogurt or creme fraiche
- chili, salt and pepper
- lime or lemon
- sesame seeds and basil
Preparation
Cut sweet potatoes in half lengthwise
Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 175°C (hot air) for 20-25 minutes until soft
Allow to cool
Serve with avocado, yogurt, basil, sesame seeds, chili, lemon, salt and pepper
