Baked Sweet Potatoes with Avocado and Yogurt Toppings
Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 avocado
- soy yogurt or creme fraiche
- chili, salt, and pepper
- lime or lemon
- sesame seeds and basil
Preparation
Cut the sweet potatoes in half lengthwise
Place the sweet potatoes on a baking tray and bake in the oven at 175°C using hot air setting for 20-25 minutes until soft
Allow the sweet potatoes to cool
Serve with avocado, yogurt, basil, sesame seeds, chili, lemon, salt, and pepper
