Chocolate Chip Crinkle Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup melted vegan butter or coconut oil
- 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax meal + 3 tbsp water)
- 1 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 tbsp ashwaghanda (optional)
- 1 tsp lucuma (optional)
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- handful vegan chocolate chips
- sea salt to sprinkle
Preparation
Mix wet ingredients well and then add dry and fold together until well combined and dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips
Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and sprinkle with pink sea salt
Bake at 350 for 10-13 minutes
