Chocolate Chip Crinkle Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup melted vegan butter or coconut oil
  • 1 flax egg (1 tbsp flax meal + 3 tbsp water)
  • 1 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp ashwaghanda (optional)
  • 1 tsp lucuma (optional)
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • handful vegan chocolate chips
  • sea salt to sprinkle

Preparation

  1. Mix wet ingredients well and then add dry and fold together until well combined and dough forms. Fold in chocolate chips

  2. Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and sprinkle with pink sea salt

  3. Bake at 350 for 10-13 minutes
