Gooey Tahini Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 tbsp vegan butter or olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp almond flour
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tsp ashwaghanda
  • 1 tsp reishi powder
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Handful vegan dark chocolate
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. Mix all in a bowl

  3. Spoon into a greased mini cast iron skillet (mine is like 4 inches)

  4. Sprinkle with pink sea salt

  5. Bake at 350 for 14 minutes
