Gooey Tahini Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tbsp vegan butter or olive oil
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup + 1 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tsp ashwaghanda
- 1 tsp reishi powder
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Handful vegan dark chocolate
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F
Mix all in a bowl
Spoon into a greased mini cast iron skillet (mine is like 4 inches)
Sprinkle with pink sea salt
Bake at 350 for 14 minutes
