Chocolate Chip Sea Salt Cookie Bars
Ingredients
- sea salted chocolate chip cookie bars
- makes about 10 cookie bars)
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tbsp extra dark chocolate chips
- plus more for the drizzle)
- 2 tsp sea salt (divided)
- 1 tsp baking powder
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Mix all wet then dry ingredients in a large bowl (using only 1 tsp sea salt, reserving the other tsp for the sprinkle)
Spread dough in a 1/4 inch layer on a parchment paper lined baking sheet
Sprinkle remaining sea salt over the top
Bake for 15 minutes
Let cool for 5-10 minutes to finish cooking through
Cut into bars & enjoy! (Option to drizzle melted extra dark chocolate over top)
