Gluten-Free S’mores Cookie Skillet Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2/3 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup marshmallows
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350F
In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs
Add in the dry and wet ingredients and mix everything together well
Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup marshmallows using a spatula
Line a brownie pan with parchment paper or use a large cast iron skillet and spread the batter evenly
Add a few squares of chocolate chips on top if desired
Bake for 25-27 minutes
