Gluten-Free S’mores Cookie Skillet Dessert

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup marshmallows

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs

  3. Add in the dry and wet ingredients and mix everything together well

  4. Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup marshmallows using a spatula

  5. Line a brownie pan with parchment paper or use a large cast iron skillet and spread the batter evenly

  6. Add a few squares of chocolate chips on top if desired

  7. Bake for 25-27 minutes

  8. Enjoy the dessert
