Delicious Gluten-Free S’mores Cookie Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut flour
  • 2/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup marshmallows

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350F

  2. In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs

  3. Add 1 cup almond flour

  4. Add 2 tbsp coconut flour

  5. Add 2/3 cup almond butter

  6. Add 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  7. Add 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

  8. Add 1 tsp vanilla

  9. Add 1 tsp baking powder

  10. Mix everything together well

  11. Fold in 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/2 cup marshmallows using a spatula

  12. Line a brownie pan with parchment paper

  13. Spread the batter evenly into the pan

  14. Bake for 25-27 minutes

  15. Enjoy
