Lentil and Vegetable Mash for Baby and Family
Ingredients
- split red lentils
- plain water
- chopped white onions
- ghee
- carrots
- green beans
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- coriander
- fresh green chillies
Preparation
Cook split red lentils in a pressure cooker with plain water.
Stir fry chopped white onions in ghee.
Add steamed carrots and green beans.
Add the cooked lentils and 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
Add coriander.
Blend the mixture for the baby using a Nutribullet.
Add fresh green chillies for the adult version.
