Crispy Air Fryer Okra Fries with Turmeric
Ingredients
- 400 grams okra
- 4 tablespoons chickpea flour
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon turmeric
Optional additions
- Chaat masala
- Coriander
- Pomegranate seeds
- 2 teaspoons garam masala
Preparation
Wash the okra well and slice in half.
Rinse again and place in a bowl.
Drizzle over the oil and add the chickpea flour.
Mix well until all the flour is coating the okra.
Cook in air fryer at 180°C for 15 minutes until crispy. Alternatively, bake in oven if no air fryer available.
For ultimate crispness, cook only one layer at a time.
