Festive Mini Pudla Tree: Leftover Christmas Delight 🎄

Ingredients

  • 300g chickpea flour (besan/gram flour)
  • Approx. 400ml water (adjust based on veggie thickness)
  • 1.5 teaspoons turmeric
  • Handful of finely chopped coriander
  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 300-500g leftover veggies, finely chopped/grated/pulsed
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for frying

Preparation

  1. Mix chickpea flour, turmeric, salt, and water to form a batter.

  2. Stir in the finely chopped leftover veggies.

  3. Spray a pan with oil and heat it.

  4. Spread 1 tablespoon of batter thinly in the hot pan.

  5. Fry on medium heat for a few minutes on each side.

  6. Adjust heat to ensure thorough cooking without burning.

  7. Serve immediately with chutney or ketchup.
