Almond Butter Satay Rice Paper Rolls
Ingredients
- Apple
- Alfalfa sprouts
- Carrot
- Red bell pepper
- Cucumber
- Purple cabbage
Satay sauce
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce or coconut aminos
- 1.5 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1.5 teaspoons agave or maple syrup
- Chopped dill
Preparation
Mix all satay sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
Soften rice paper wrappers in warm water until flexible.
Arrange the fillings on the rice paper and roll tightly to form rolls.
Serve the rolls with the satay sauce for dipping.
