Cacao and Caramel Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 2 dl oats
- 1 dl soaked cashews
- 10 dates
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 2 teaspoons maca powder
- 2 tablespoons water
Preparation
Soak the cashews in water for at least 4 hours or until soft
Drain the cashews and combine all ingredients in a food processor; blend until a sticky mixture forms
Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands
Refrigerate the bliss balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up
