Cacao and Caramel Bliss Balls

Ingredients

  • 2 dl oats
  • 1 dl soaked cashews
  • 10 dates
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 2 teaspoons maca powder
  • 2 tablespoons water

Preparation

  1. Soak the cashews in water for at least 4 hours or until soft

  2. Drain the cashews and combine all ingredients in a food processor; blend until a sticky mixture forms

  3. Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands

  4. Refrigerate the bliss balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up
