High Protein Granola Bars
Ingredients
- 2 dl oats
- 2 dl millet puffs
- 1 dl cranberries
- 1 dl crushed cashews
- 1 dl pumpkin seeds
- 0,5 dl hemp seeds
- 1/2 tsp salt
- liquids:
- 6 dates
- 1,5 dl water
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
Preparation
Add all the dry ingredients into a bowl and stir
In a food processor, add the dates, pb and water and blend everything together until the liquid is smooth
Add the liquid to the dry ingredients and combine everything together
Pour the granola mix into a tin, press the mix down and put in the freezer to harden for two hours
Cut into pieces when you are ready to serve
