Crunchy Buttery Coconut Granola
Ingredients
Liquid
- 5 dates
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 dl water
Dry mix
- 3 dl oats
- 3 dl nuts
- 0.5 dl pumpkin seeds
- 1 dl coconut flakes
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Add the ingredients to a food processor and mix until you have a smooth liquid.
Chop the nuts into smaller pieces and add them to a big bowl, together with the rest of the ingredients.
Add the liquid and combine everything together.
Add the granola to a baking tray, spread it out and put the tray in the oven at 150 degrees for around 35 minutes.
Stir every 10 minutes during baking.
Store in a jar and enjoy.
Tips
Customize the granola by adding only your favorite ingredients.
Use it to top smoothie bowls for extra crunch.
