Banana Granola with Nuts and Seeds
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- Hazelnuts and almonds
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/3 teaspoon ground cloves (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon cardamom
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1-2 ripe bananas
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Preparation
Chop the nuts.
Mix all the dry ingredients.
Mash the banana and maple syrup using a hand blender.
Mix everything together and spread on a baking tray.
Bake at 190°C for 10 minutes.
Stir the granola with a spoon to make smaller pieces and bake for another 10-20 minutes, depending on your oven.
Check every 3-5 minutes to avoid burning.
Let the granola cool and store it in a glass jar.
