Chocolate and Coffee Bars
Ingredients
Bottom layer
- 2 dl cashews
- 2 dl oats
- 0.5 dl sunflower seeds
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 0.75 dl strong coffee
- 8 dates
- A pinch of salt
Top layer
- 50 g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 0.25 dl strong coffee
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- A pinch of salt
Preparation
Blend oats, cashews and sunflower seeds in a food processor.
Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until a smooth dough.
Press the dough into a form.
Melt the chocolate and the coconut oil.
Add the coffee and the agave syrup and stir all the ingredients together in a bowl.
Add the sauce on top of the dough.
Put the bars into the freezer so they can harden.
When they are ready to eat, take them out and cut them into pieces.
