These Chocolate Bars

Ingredients

  • 2 dl oats
  • 1 dl cashews
  • 3 tbsp peanut butter
  • 5-6 dates
  • 1 dl water
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • middle layer:
  • 1 dl coconut oil
  • 1 dl agave syrup
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • top layer:
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • a pinch of sea salt

Preparation

  1. Melt the dark chocolate and add on top of the harden caramel sauce

  2. Sprinkle some sea salt on the top and let everything harden in the freezer

  3. Cut into pieces when you are ready to eat
