Black Blean Brownies

Ingredients

  • 250g cooked black beans
  • 120g peanut butter
  • 100g agave syrup
  • 20g cacao powder
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 50g dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C(350°F), upper and lower heat

  2. Thoroughly wash the beans in a sieve. Mix the beans with the peanut butter and agave syrup. Add the cacao powder and salt

  3. Chop the chocolate into chunks, mix with the dough and spread it in a small square form or on a baking paper. The dough should be about 2,5 cm high. Bake for 20-25 min and let cool down for about 20 min
