Coconut Bacon Salad Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 3/4 cup water (add less If you want a thicker dressing)
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon tamari
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Coconut bacon
  • 2 cups coconut ribbons
  • 3 tablespoons tamari
  • 1.5 teaspoons liquid smoke
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Mix together and bake at 325, stirring every 5-7 minutes, until all liquid is absorbed (about 20-25 minutes)

  2. Allow to cool on the baking sheet
