Coconut Bacon Salad Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tahini
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3/4 cup water (add less If you want a thicker dressing)
- 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon tamari
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Coconut bacon
- 2 cups coconut ribbons
- 3 tablespoons tamari
- 1.5 teaspoons liquid smoke
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup
Preparation
Mix together and bake at 325, stirring every 5-7 minutes, until all liquid is absorbed (about 20-25 minutes)
Allow to cool on the baking sheet
