Coconut Bacon Salad Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tahini⠀
  • juice of 1 lemon⠀
  • 3/4 cup water (add less if you want a thicker dressing)⠀
  • 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast⠀
  • 3 cloves garlic⠀
  • 1 teaspoon tamari⠀
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup⠀
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt⠀
  • coconut bacon:⠀
  • 2 cups coconut ribbons⠀
  • 3 tablespoons tamari⠀
  • 1.5 teaspoons liquid smoke⠀
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup⠀

Preparation

  1. Mix together and bake at 325, stirring every 5-7 minutes, until all liquid is absorbed (about 20-25 minutes). Allow to cool on the baking sheet.⠀
