Coconut Bacon Salad Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup tahini⠀
- juice of 1 lemon⠀
- 3/4 cup water (add less if you want a thicker dressing)⠀
- 3 tablespoons nutritional yeast⠀
- 3 cloves garlic⠀
- 1 teaspoon tamari⠀
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup⠀
- 1/4 teaspoon salt⠀
- coconut bacon:⠀
- 2 cups coconut ribbons⠀
- 3 tablespoons tamari⠀
- 1.5 teaspoons liquid smoke⠀
- 1 teaspoon maple syrup⠀
Preparation
Mix together and bake at 325, stirring every 5-7 minutes, until all liquid is absorbed (about 20-25 minutes). Allow to cool on the baking sheet.⠀
