Coconut Chocolate Chip Blondies
Ingredients
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 70 g coconut blossom sugar (or xylitol or regular sugar)
- 30 g almond butter
- 30 g coconut flour
- 100 g rice flour
- 25 g shredded coconut
- 1 tsp ground flax seed (or other egg replacement)
- 90 ml almond milk (or other)
- 60 g chopped dark chocolate (preferably sugar-free)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with upper and lower heat.
Mix all ingredients together to form a dough.
Spread the dough in a square baking form.
Bake for 30-45 minutes.
Cut into pieces and enjoy.
