Easy High-Protein Cheesecake Toast
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 10 grams chocolate protein powder
- Vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon monk fruit sweetener
- Banana, sliced
- Chocolate chips
Preparation
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the filling together until combined
Using the back of a spoon or your fingers, make indents into the bread and pour filling into bread
Top with banana slices and chocolate chips
Cook in the air fryer at 350° for 15 minutes or until lightly browned
