Easy High-Protein Cheesecake Toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 10 grams chocolate protein powder
  • Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon monk fruit sweetener
  • Banana, sliced
  • Chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the filling together until combined

  2. Using the back of a spoon or your fingers, make indents into the bread and pour filling into bread

  3. Top with banana slices and chocolate chips

  4. Cook in the air fryer at 350° for 15 minutes or until lightly browned
