Easy Protein French Toast
Ingredients
- 3-4 slices of bread
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
Preparation
In a bowl, mix together the egg, almond milk, vanilla protein powder, and cinnamon until well combined. You can use a whisk or a hand-held mixer to ensure the protein powder blends in smoothly.
Dip each slice of bread into the mixture, coating both sides evenly.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil or butter.
Place the coated bread slices onto the skillet and cook for a few minutes on each side, until golden brown.
Remove from the skillet and serve.
Top with strawberries and Greek yogurt.
