Easy Protein French Toast

Ingredients

  • 3-4 slices of bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix together the egg, almond milk, vanilla protein powder, and cinnamon until well combined. You can use a whisk or a hand-held mixer to ensure the protein powder blends in smoothly.

  2. Dip each slice of bread into the mixture, coating both sides evenly.

  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little oil or butter.

  4. Place the coated bread slices onto the skillet and cook for a few minutes on each side, until golden brown.

  5. Remove from the skillet and serve.

  6. Top with strawberries and Greek yogurt.
