Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 avocado
  • sweet potatoes
  • Brussels sprouts
  • avocado oil
  • Adobe seasoning

Preparation

  1. Boil the egg for 7 minutes, then transfer to ice bath

  2. Bake sweet potato fries at 400F for 40 minutes

  3. Toss roasted Brussels with a little avocado oil and Adobe seasoning
