Meal Prep Breakfast with Boiled Egg and Avocado

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • zucchini
  • a little avocado oil
  • 1/2 avocado
  • sweet potatoes

Preparation

  1. Boil 1 egg for 7 minutes.

  2. Sauté zucchini in a little avocado oil on a cast iron grill.

  3. Bake sweet potatoes at 400°F for 40 minutes.

  4. Add 1/2 avocado to the meal.
