Quick Breakfast Meal Prep with Eggs and Sweet Potatoes

- Eggs
- Sweet potatoes
- 1/2 avocado
- Tomatoes
Preparation
Bring a pot of water to boil and add the eggs for 7 minutes.
Preheat the oven to broil.
Slice a sweet potato into rounds.
Broil the sweet potato on the bottom shelf for 10-12 minutes.
Add 1/2 avocado and tomatoes to assemble the meal.
