Fluffy Blueberry Poppy Seed Pancakes
Ingredients
- 20g coconut flour
- 1tbsp baking powder
- 2tbsp coconut blossom sugar and 1tbsp poppyseed
- 100ml soy milk and ca +/- 100-150ml sparkling water
Preparation
G coconut flour, 1tbsp baking powder, 2tbsp coconut blossom sugar and 1tbsp poppyseed Mix
Ml soy milk and ca +/- 100-150ml sparkling water (depending on consistency) and mix
Leave the dough to rest for 10 minutes, fold in blueberries and add Cook medium heat on both sides until golden brown
