Fluffy Blueberry Poppy Seed Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 20g coconut flour
  • 1tbsp baking powder
  • 2tbsp coconut blossom sugar and 1tbsp poppyseed
  • 100ml soy milk and ca +/- 100-150ml sparkling water

Preparation

  1. G coconut flour, 1tbsp baking powder, 2tbsp coconut blossom sugar and 1tbsp poppyseed Mix

  2. Ml soy milk and ca +/- 100-150ml sparkling water (depending on consistency) and mix

  3. Leave the dough to rest for 10 minutes, fold in blueberries and add Cook medium heat on both sides until golden brown
