Homemade Fluffy Blueberry Pancakes for Vegans
Ingredients
- 100g flour
- 20g coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
- 100ml vegan milk
- approx. 75-100ml sparkling water
- Blueberries
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix into a dough.
Let the dough stand for 10 minutes.
Fold in the blueberries.
Bake in a pan over medium heat for 2-3 minutes until golden brown on each side.
