Delicious Banana Blueberry Pancakes for Breakfast
Ingredients
- 400 g flour
- 400 ml oat milk
- 1 package of baking powder
- 2 very ripe bananas
- 1 grated lemon
- 2 tablespoons cane sugar
- 1 pinch of fresh vanilla
- 1 pinch of salt
- 150 g blueberries
Preparation
Peel the bananas, put them in a bowl and mash them with a fork.
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Add milk and banana and mix until you get a smooth mixture.
Heat some oil in a coated pan and fry the pancakes in it.
Before you turn them over, sprinkle a few blueberries into the batter, which is still a little liquid.
Bake them on both sides until golden brown and serve with agave syrup and fresh blueberries.
