Grilled Whole Branzino with Lemon and Herbs
Ingredients
- whole branzino
- fresh herbs
- lemons
For serving
- citrus oil
- sea salt
Preparation
Preheat grill to medium-high heat
Rinse the branzino under cold water and pat dry with paper towels
Stuff the cavity with fresh herbs and lemon slices
Brush the outside of the fish with citrus oil and sprinkle with sea salt
Grill the fish for 10-15 minutes per side or until the flesh is opaque and flakes easily
Tips
Serve with additional citrus oil and sea salt for drizzling
