Kale Pomegranate Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup pomegranate juice
  • 2 cups fresh kale, de-stemmed
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 5 strawberries
  • 1 tbsp whole flaxseeds
  • 1 cup ice

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into a blender container in the order listed and secure lid

  2. Turn on the blender with the variable speed

  3. Increase the speed slowly, then flip the switch to high

  4. Blend for 45 seconds or until desired consistency is reached
