Strawberry Banana Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- Heaping 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
- Enough pea milk to cover the oats
- 4 strawberries
- Half a banana
- Additional strawberries for topping
Preparation
Stir together the oats, pea milk, and mashed strawberries, then microwave for 2 minutes.
Top the oatmeal with additional mashed strawberries and half a banana.
