Strawberry Banana Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • Heaping 1/2 cup gluten-free oats
  • Enough pea milk to cover the oats
  • 4 strawberries
  • Half a banana
  • Additional strawberries for topping

Preparation

  1. Stir together the oats, pea milk, and mashed strawberries, then microwave for 2 minutes.

  2. Top the oatmeal with additional mashed strawberries and half a banana.
