Persimmon and Red Currant Proats Bowl

Ingredients

  • 50g @quakeroatsuk Jumbo Oats
  • 30g @awesomesupps Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
  • 5g @organicburst Maca Powder
  • 250ml @alpro Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 15g @pipandnut Crunchy Maple Peanut Butter
  • 10g @sweetfreedomuk Liquid Choc Shot
  • 5g @naturya Cacao Nibs
  • 10g @lindtuk Dark Chocolate
  • Persimmon
  • Red Currants

Preparation

  1. Use slightly ripe persimmon for better texture.

  2. Heat the oats, protein powder, maca powder, and almond milk in a pan for 3-4 minutes on a low heat.

  3. Top the cooked mixture with peanut butter, choc shot, cacao nibs, dark chocolate, persimmon, and red currants.
