Persimmon and Red Currant Proats Bowl
Ingredients
- 50g @quakeroatsuk Jumbo Oats
- 30g @awesomesupps Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
- 5g @organicburst Maca Powder
- 250ml @alpro Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 15g @pipandnut Crunchy Maple Peanut Butter
- 10g @sweetfreedomuk Liquid Choc Shot
- 5g @naturya Cacao Nibs
- 10g @lindtuk Dark Chocolate
- Persimmon
- Red Currants
Preparation
Use slightly ripe persimmon for better texture.
Heat the oats, protein powder, maca powder, and almond milk in a pan for 3-4 minutes on a low heat.
Top the cooked mixture with peanut butter, choc shot, cacao nibs, dark chocolate, persimmon, and red currants.
